Every dispute is unique and deserves the conflict resolution services of an experienced neutral who can help parties arrive at a fair and satisfactory outcome. Felicia T. Farber, Esq., an attorney with 28+ years litigation and negotiation experience and a degree in electrical/computer engineering, believes that the best way to resolve conflicts is outside of the courtroom, through Alternative Dispute Resolution methods such as arbitration and mediation. Ms. Farber conducts hearings in person, remotely, and via hybrid models.
ARBITRATION
Arbitration, a more informal and flexible process than litigation, benefits parties by controlling costs and reducing time toward resolution. In binding arbitration, an impartial third party considers all the evidence and renders a binding award. Ms. Farber has significant expertise in moving the pre-hearing process forward and conducting arbitration hearings that are timely, fair, efficient and economical.
MEDIATION
In mediation, a trained neutral assists disputing parties in creating a customized resolution that takes into account their needs, interests and concerns. Mediation is a confidential process which allows the parties to optimize their results as quickly, painlessly and cost-effectively as possible. Ms. Farber works to create a positive mediation experience for all while facilitating mutually acceptable settlement agreements.

Ms. Farber is an independent Arbitrator and Mediator who has devoted her practice to Alternative Dispute Resolution. With a background in technology and extensive experience as a trial attorney in New York and New Jersey, she negotiates and facilitates settlements of complex disputes in multiple disciplines. Specialties include: Commercial, Employment, Construction, Consumer, Divorce, Homeowners/Condo/Co-op Associations, Insurance, Technology, Products Liability, Will Contests, Foreclosure, Torts & Medical Malpractice. She is also an experienced Workplace Investigator.
